Refund and Returns Policy
Return/Refund of a Bike Order
If you are not completely satisfied with your bike purchase, you may return it within ten (10) days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns will not be accepted if:
The bike has been removed from its original packaging, uncrated, assembled, or if the engine has been started.
The bike has been prepped, modified, or altered in any way—whether by Colorland Rides or by the customer.
The return request is made after the ten (10) day period.
Please note that ColorlandRides is not responsible for licensing or title work in any state. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with your state’s requirements for licensing your bike.
Return/Refund of a Part Order
If you are dissatisfied with a part purchase or receive a defective part, you may return it within thirty (30) days. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price minus a 25% restocking fee, and for orders over $100, any shipping costs will also be deducted. After thirty (30) days, ColorlandRides reserves the right to offer store credit or to decline the return altogether. Returned parts must be new, unused, and in resalable condition.
Additional notes:

  • We are not responsible if a part does not fit your specific model.
  • Returns may be refused if an incorrect part was ordered.
  • Returns on OEM parts are not accepted unless the bike was purchased directly from ColorlandRides.
  • Returns are not accepted on garage sale items, special orders, custom parts, electronic parts, motors, or tubes.
  • Bike models older than 2015 are not eligible for returns, and we do not guarantee part compatibility for models older than 2015.
  • All returns must be pre-authorized. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return/Refund of an Apparel Order
We accept returns for apparel only if the item is damaged, defective, or misprinted. Returns due to sizing issues will not be accepted. Requests must be made within thirty (30) days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with all original tags and packaging.
  • You must include your receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin the return process, please contact us. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, contact us right away so we can address the issue.

Additional Return Guidelines

  • Products must be returned in their original, unused, and resalable condition.
  • Returns are not accepted due to color availability, the unit not fitting the rider, or model upgrades.
  • We do not guarantee specific color selections; if no alternate is chosen, a color will be selected based on current inventory.
  • Returns on bikes that have been prepped, are part of a works package, or custom-built are not accepted.
  • Any damage incurred during return shipping is your responsibility.
  • Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for shipping damages, as all shipments are insured.
  • Refusal of delivery may result in you being responsible for all associated return shipping costs.
  • There are no refunds for any labor or service charges.
  • Refunds may be subject to additional fees for special shipping requirements (e.g., lift gate service, inside delivery).
  • ColorlandRides is not responsible for returns related to state licensing issues. Please check with your local DMV regarding licensing requirements before making a purchase.
    If you require assistance with a return, please contact us—we may be able to offer discounted shipping costs to facilitate your return.

Please note that product colors, components, and specifications may change without notice. Always review the full product description before purchasing, as images may not exactly represent the item you will receive.

Sales Tax: Sales tax is applied only if your billing address is in Texas.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within the applicable processing period.
